At the same time, DeHaat brings transparency and efficiency across the entire agricultural value chain for B2B partners, including agri input companies, financial institutions, and commodity bulk buyers.

Based in Gurgaon and Patna, DeHaat was founded in 2012 by alumni of IIT Delhi, IIT Kharagpur, IIM Ahmedabad, and other premier institutions. Currently the DeHaat platform supports over 400,000 farmers across Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, and Odisha, bringing them 500+ agri input SKUs, exhaustive advisory content for major crops, and 100+ commodity bulk buyers after they harvest.

Job Description:

- Educational background - BE, B.tech, BSc, MBA or PGDM (Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics etc.)

- Proven work experience as a Business Data Analyst is preffered

- Technical expertise regarding segmentation techniques

- Strong knowledge of and experience with databases - SQL

- Knowledge of and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets in Excel, R or Python compulsory

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

- Adept at queries, reporting, dashboarding and presenting findings

- Experience with Data visualizations tools is preferred but not compulsory

Roles & Responsibilities:

- The individual will be responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modelling

- Analyse and generate data backed insights to drive Inventory Health and Utilization

- Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business

- Identifying patterns and trends in data sets and create and maintain dashboards

- Automate report generation and dashboards

- Defining new data collection and analysis processes to reduce complexity

- Build understanding of current data framework and improvise on existing set up to be more efficient in data storage
