Job description : Company description : We're DeepR Analytics (www.deepranalytics.com), a company based out of Toronto, Canada, that develops algorithmic trading solutions and products primarily focused on merging innovative trading algorithms to automate trading and reap profits. We are looking for a Operations Manager for our Noida office. The Operations Manager will provide admin related assistance to our Noida office and remote assistance to our Toronto office. Responsibilities : - Conducting an exploratory as well as an in-depth research on the topics relevant to company's current and future requirements in order to create path for the company to expand and grow - Providing human resources &amp; recruitment related support by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records; obtaining job applicants from recruitment agencies. - Administering employees- benefits package, i.e. medical insurance, transportation, meal arrangements and fitness-related expenses' reimbursements - Managing vendors and service providers as per the need - Basic accounting tasks: Organizing accounting documents such as invoices, performing basic data entry work related to accounting and coordinating with the company's certified accountant - Ensuring smooth communication between Noida and Toronto team - On-boarding &amp; general training of new employees - Supervision of the office personnel. - Drafting and introducing new policies and tools in order to build company's culture and to make the Team's work more efficient Perks &amp; Benefits : - Cutting-edge work equipment. - Healthy dinners - Two-way transportation - Health Insurance for self &amp; family - Health and wellness benefits Requirements Must-have : - Must have a Bachelor's degree or MBA degree - Must have strong English communication skills - Willing to work in an evening shift (2:30 PM to 11 PM IST) Monday to Friday - If some work can only be done in morning, then willing to be flexible and adjust the working hours accordingly. - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook) -Strong preference for candidates with at least 2 years of professional experience in similar role Other skills : - Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with internal and external Stakeholders - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment -Operates with a sense of urgency, quickly responding to Stakeholders - Professional yet personable demeanor Salary Offered : 7-10 LPA
