Achieving Monthly sales and collections targets. Good Marketing Strategies, Sales Promotions. Training Field Sales Team. Good Team Management Skills Can Do Attitude.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- To achieve agreed revenue targets through direct sales and outlets and buildup brand image in the market.

- To evaluate customer needs, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plans that are one step ahead of competition.

- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.

- To formulate innovative ideas to create product awareness and image of the company in the market to take the challenge of achieving set targets.

- To keep abreast of new trends in the market area and guide the Management on strategies to stay ahead.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

- To oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the division.

- Sourcing soil enrichers products for farmers.

- Young Dynamic Retail Marketing Professional B.Sc-Agriculture/Any Graduate with MBA -Mkg/Agri business mgmnt having successful exp of 5-7 years in Fertilizers/Pesticides/Agro Chemicals/Organic Bio-Fertilizers industry only encouraged to apply. 

- Good Communication & Co-ordination Skills.

- Sales & Marketing strategies & promotions.

- Languages Known: Kannada, English, Hindi, Telugu & Tamil. Traveling is a must.

- Prepared Male Candidate.
