Experience: 12+ years in design/ research agencies or design teams of other corporates

Primary Responsibilities:

- Guide and create for the various brand/product teams on various projects in areas relating to design, d- cor and colour such as shade cards, inspiration books, d- cor guides

- Colour Selection Process: Understanding and aiding consumers and their influencers (architects, IDs, contractors) in their Colour Selection Process at various touch points (kiosk, visualizer, website, app)

- Consumer research and feedback to understand qualitative/emotional associations with homes, the role colours play, current / future market trends and changes in the colour & d- cor selection process and changing consumer expectations.

- To establish leadership in the field of colour through various proprietary research projects. Responsible for research projects on colour and their impact/ influence on consumers/ society

- Work closely with experience and franchise stores for implementing design journey at the stores, creating content (e.g. in-store color visualization), website visualization tools and inspiration images.

- Development of digital and offline properties - for example, room sets, inspiration images, building elevations. Close coordination and working with the retailing and services team to drive imagery at experience stores and visualization software.

- Coordinate and work with design and research agencies

- Handhold, training and development of the marketing team around design and d- cor

Preferred Qualifications:

- PG in Design (Preferably in Graphic/ ID/ Lifestyle) from National Institute of Design (NID) / Symbiosis Institute of Design (SID)/ School of Planning & Architecture (SPA).

- Functional Competencies - Design Softwares - Photoshop/ Illustrator/ InDesign MS Office
