Decision Science Manager - BFSI

We are looking for a Decision Science Manager for a Client with a global presence based at Gurgaon

Job Details :

Location : Gurgaon

Report to : Operations Head

CTC : As per the Norm

Role : Individual Contributor

Experience : 3 yrs - 6yrs, Should be having Pre-Acquisition experience - Market mapping data analytics( mainly taking care of unsecured part), research etc.experience,

Technical Skills 2+ years experience using SAS or SQL

Education : MBA Finance, Master in Stats or Maths

Shift : 10 am - 7:30 pm, 5 days working

CTC : 12 L - 19 L ( depending on your existing)

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Decision Science Manager is responsible for developing new and analyzing existing business strategies within the department as a creative and analytical problem solver, capable of constructing effective analytical approaches to complex, quantitative business problems and generating data-supported solutions. The position participates in defining the strategy for a team in a department and can independently manage meaningful projects and workstreams within that strategy. This role is for the India Business .

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES - % OF TIME

1. Identify and implement new business strategies to improve profitability and ways to improve business processes (30%)

2. Define and execute analytical approach to solving complex business problems through data extraction and analysis (30%)

3. Perform business/financial modeling, forecasting and budgeting (15%)

4. Develop and coach direct report(s) and other analytical resources on cross-functional teams (15%)

5. Define reporting needs and monitor report to understand trends, issues and opportunities (10%)
