Decision Point is seeking a Strategic Planner who will be responsible for defining the company's direction and develop plans to realize business objectives. We are looking for some with strong analytical and organizational abilities that will add value and create a difference through original thinking, compelling presentations and lasting relationships. The incumbent for the position is expected to deliver but not limited to on following responsibilities: - Understand and shape the company's strategy and mission - Analyzing existing data, market reports and trends - Set up processes for data management, templatized analytical modules/deliverables. Continuously improve processes with focus on automation and partner with different teams to develop system capability - Use sound logic to make observations about company's current methods and where improvements are needed - Understand business briefs clearly and execute new/ad-hoc projects and ensure timely delivery - Keep managers informed about progress on projects and proactively flag gaps on data availability, hiccups on analysis - Visualize strategic thought in reminiscent of and communicatory displays, delivered confidently and with authority - Deliver on informative and well-organized deliverables in a creative way - Proactively seek opportunities to help team members by sharing knowledge and expanding skills - Excellent PowerPoint presentation skill set is mandatory An ideal candidate will be/have : - Excellent communication and presentations skills - Excellent analytical skills and is a problem solver - A demonstrated ability to think out of the box and provide fresh solutions to business issues - Sound knowledge of MS Excel &amp; Power Point - A team player and can deliver under pressure - Be skilled at analyzing and making use of research - Self-motivated, disciplined with can do attitude
