Decision Point - Manager - Human Resource (3-5 yrs)
- The position requires managing entire HR activities end to end.
- A successful candidate should be able to manage a team and oversee all the recruitment and operations activities.
- Candidate should be enterprising and pro-active in introducing relevant applicable HR policies.
- Candidate should be confident with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- The role would cover training and performance management also.
Skills and Responsibilities
- 3 - 5 years of experience into the end to end HR responsibilities. Startup and analytics background would be preferred.
- Closely partner with Business Leaders to manage current & future recruitment needs Take care of the documentation of the new joiners
- Managing the events of the office - like quarterly parties and trips
- Should have sound knowledge of MS Office
- Interpersonal skills and communication skills is a must
Salary offered: 6-10LPA
