Data Analyst Manager
A Data Analyst Manager would be largely responsible for:
- Analyzing data, understanding key insights, and making inferences.
- Leading, mentoring, and training a team of Data Analysts in their day-to-day activities.
- Oversee the entire work to ensure accuracy in deliverables.
- Should be highly process oriented and should encourage documenting new processes and procedures. The role would involve contributing to multiple projects at the same time.
NOTE: This is not BI reporting opportunity, this is data related opportunity, knowledge of tableau/power bi and other reporting tool will be good but not a requirement for this role. Selected candidate will not be handling reporting work.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Sound analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, organize, analyze, and discharge significant amounts of information with accuracy and particular attention to detail
- Experience with scripting languages like Python
- High proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets including pivoting capabilities and analysis modules.
- Experience with databases such as SQL Server and ETL frameworks.
- 6+ years of proven work experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
- Strong People Manager having managed teams of size 5 and above.
- Should have worked on Agile methodologies. Preferably CSM certified.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of functional domains such as CPG or FMCG would be preferred
- A bachelor's degree in mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics, or in any other relevant program
