With 12 digital partners, over 12000 users and more than a lakh app downloads, the company has been growing constantly for the past 2 years. The founders are alumnus of MDI and IIT-D, with immense experience in the tech and finance world, and can boast of partner clients like Swiggy and Grofers.

As a Decision Analyst, you will be responsible for building machine learning models and credit strategy for the life cycle of consumer lending- Underwriting/ LCM/ Collections.

What you will do:

- Setting up scalable, efficient, automated processes for model development, validation, implementation and monitoring

- Providing actionable data-driven recommendations to stakeholders- business questions

- Performing ad hoc analysis for business teams and leadership and helping them build business cases and models to quantify new opportunities, using data and business judgment

- Liaisoning with tech team to build the fully automated best fintech products

Desired Candidate Profile :

What you need to have:

- B.E/ B.Tech/ Design Degree/ MBA from a Tier-1 college would be an added advantage

- Experience with Python/ R, SQL is necessary

- Strong background in statistical concepts and calculations (Descriptive & Inferential Statistics)

- Exposure to Supervised and Unsupervised Modelling techniques with application on the business/ real life problems

- Excellent critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to present your beliefs clearly, compellingly verbally and in written form

- Exceptional problem solving skills

- Any exposure to the Fintech industry is a plus
