JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager - Solutions

REPORTS TO: Project Manager

JOB OBJECTIVE: Requirements Gathering, Design, Development and Delivery of Enterprise Mobile Solution. Meeting internal and client expectations on quality and timeliness of Project deliveries that include Mobile Applications, Web applications, Middleware and Reports.

Owning and managing client relationships.

MAIN DUTIES/TASKS:

1. Experience in PM/APM role for a minimum of 2 -years.

2. Preferably successful delivery of at least 2 Projects as a AM.

3. Should have handled support cum Enhancement Projects

4. Should be hands -on with Oracle (PL-SQL) and JAVA and UNIX technologies & thorough understanding of underlying architecture.

5. Sound understanding of Agile processes/methodologies

6. Manage Issues & Risks.

7. Expert in Reporting & Documentation

8. Maintain Quality of Delivery & CSAT

9. Expert in Budget & Time Management

10. Capacity & capability building mind-set 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- BE/B. Tech with a minimum of 6-9 years of work experience. A minimum

- Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects (Good to Have)

- Experience in team management

- Understanding of technical/product architectures in general

- Exposure to client interaction

- Should understand Iterative and Agile Methodologies

- Experience in Java, creation/ integration with Web services, PL SQL)
