Assistant Product Manager
Responsibilities:
- Gather direct customer feedback and incorporate market research insights
- Define product roadmap, maintain backlogs and manage sprints
- Understand the ecosystem, key stakeholders, and key value-drivers for Saarathi
- Document PRDs, manage handovers to engineering teams and own adoption activities
- Understand the competitive landscape and our differentiators
- Collaborate with the sales, GTM and marketing channels to drive feature sourcing and adoption
- Work closely with design and engineering teams for feature design and development
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 3-7 years of overall experience
- 2+ years experience in product
- Preferred experience in developing technology products
- Understanding of Product Development Lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodology
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to deliver results under pressure with limited resources
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements
- Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
- Thrives to pick and resolve challenges
