Position with: Decimal Point Analytics Private Limited Position: Manager/ Sr. Manager - Research & Automation Location: Nashik Shift: Rotational/Night Experience: 8+ years Qualification: BE Comp Science or Equivalent AND MBA finance or Equivalent Required Experience and Knowledge - Take ownership of a process to manage financial research process. - Help in set up new processes around the above - Manage a team of analysts working in three shifts - Manage a team of developers to improve process efficiency, efficacy and reliability - Identify constraints for managing the process and solve the issues before they become critical hurdles - Identify opportunities for automation - Work on building dashboards Skill Sets - - Ability to meet deadlines, learn new technologies and processes, handle multiple responsibilities, and estimation of effort required for tasks. - Ability to develop effective working relationships with client and internal teams at all levels including top management - Should be self motivated to learn and work independently. - Should be able to communicate clearly and effectively present thoughts and ideas
