Job Description:

The candidate should be able to help set up processes relating to ESG research, and should have the ability to work without detailed supervision.

The role involves :

1. Take ownership for content development and content management of the firm's ESG capabilities specifically aimed at asset managers including Private Equity, Hedge funds and long only asset managers.

2. Interact directly with customers and market participants, understanding the market opportunity, competitive environment, and customer needs. Identifying a compelling value proposition and consider how best to deliver this.

3. Developing ESG deployment and strategy for investment firms and its portfolio, to ensure clients operates to industry best practices

4. Developing a program that integrates of ESG practices into the investment life cycle and the development of an ESG checklist to be used by the investment team

5. Create a range of ESG-related materials (e.g. market research, white papers, presentations) through collaboration with DPA internal teams and Client teams.

6. Act as the ESG product subject-matter-expert and be responsible for producing specialist content for presentations, RFP database, client responses, annual PRI reporting and the firm's annual sustainability report.

7. Stay up to date with ESG market and regulatory trends, in turn applying to competitive analysis and product innovation.

8. Research support for projects, including drafting of short reports.

Analysis of emerging trends/ themes in the industry and preparation of research reports.

9. News monitoring (relating to ESG developments).

Candidate Profile:

1. Comfortable with handling the full product lifecycle with a clear revenue/commercial focus while partnering with Technology teams to deliver Product changes.

2. ESG data, frameworks, industry best practice), institutional investors and investment vehicles (UCITS, mutual funds, etc.).

3. Ability to assimilate and integrate data from diverse sources

4. Excellent communication, both oral and written, and interpersonal skills. Extremely important to be able to build product notes, presentations to highlight product propositions.

5. Self-motivated and ability to work independently without detailed supervision

6. Commitment to work towards deadlines

7. Very good command of Microsoft Office applications (including Excel)

Experience :

4 to 5 years of relevant ESG experience must, overall 7-10 years of experience, including product management.

Qualifications: Post Graduate diploma/ degree in any field.
