Good knowledge of Finance Domain. 2. Comfortable with use of technology - prior experience in software development would be an advantage. 3. Understand trends in use of technology in fintech products. 4. Basic Project Management skills and ability to prioritize the tasks. 5. Good knowledge of user-centered design principles. 6. Understanding of design quality standards. 7. Excellent oral and written communication. 8. MBA Graduate. Experience: 1 to 3 years
