Decimal - Lead - Analytics (6-9 yrs)

Looking for Lead Analytics - 6-9 Yrs / Decimal Technologies / Gurugram


Responsibility Areas :

- Study the available data sources with Decimal and develop an information flow to enrich data for analytical usage

- Identify use cases to be enabled using available data in BFSI domain within existing processes such as customer onboarding, lead management, collections, loan origination and management etc.

- Procure/ Create data sources mandatory to enhance effectiveness of data science delivery quality

- Delivery of prioritized use cases from analytics standpoint.

- Development of generic capabilities such as voice to text, text to voice, OCR, face recognition etc.

Skills Required :

- Experience in exploratory data analysis, feature design, statistical methods and predictive modelling

- Algorithm selection basis problem statements. Knowledge of regression, classification and recommendation methods.

- Proficient with programming in Python (must have)

- Domain expertise related to BFSI use cases (must have). Experience in lending, collections, credit scoring mechanisms will be an added advantage

- Ability to write code as per production standards making usage of relevant coding standards and best practices.

- Excellent communication skills

Experience : 6 to 9 years of data science/ analytics

Education : Bachelors/ Masters in Engineering or Masters in Statistics from a premier institute
