Finance Process and Systems Lead

- Ensure an adequate level of knowledge in the process area of expertise & Guarantee accurate financial flow.

- Write and update the documentation of current financial flows & processes for the defined scope.

- Provide assistance, training and support to users.

- Identify, and review the business requirement and support in developing the end-to-end new finance process with the help of other stakeholders.

- To have a global knowledge and understanding of all the factors(tools,flows, accounting standards,,) inside the area of responsibility.

- Monitoring all the financial flows for the assigned process to ensure accurate financial figures.

- Guaranteeing timely and accurate financial data to users in compliance with all the accounting standards.

- Get regular feedback from user to identify how the financial and accounting process can be improved through the solution.

- Set up and maintain the system and also guarantee the integrity of tools and it's flows.

- Ensure appropriate setup of the systems (Business process, groupnorms, Fiscal&legal)

- Understand the critical issues identified by the process end-users and participate in finding the solution.

- Identify technical & operational functionality to improve efficiency of finance process.

- Coordinate and identify with the users the required evolution and build a road map of product.

- Work in close collaboration with ITfinance and/or supplier to develop,test and implement the new features

Audit & Regulatory :

- Guarantee a regular audit of right and access of people connected to the application.

- Ensure proper archival and availability of data in the given scope of responsibility.
