Role in Debt Syndication - Real Estate with a boutique investment bank in Mumbai
The role would cover the following:
- Prospect New and managing existing clientele for generating new business within the real estate sectors.
- Develop and manage the execution of loan syndication for revenue generation and thriving on the business volume.
- Built Relationship and educate/advise customer for current market scenario regarding financial needs and closure for their project
- Pre Underwriting of the proposal and preparing information memorandum for submittal with institution.
- Preparation of cash flow and project details for the fund raising and liason with the institutions.
- Collaborate closely along with banks and financial institutions for discussion of the proposal and projects and for ensuring the closure.
