Debt Syndication/Fund Raising Role - Infrastructure (16-25 yrs)
a. Fund raising for the Company and Project SPVs as may be required from time to time.
b. Refinancing / Restructuring of Existing Loans from Banks/ FIs to optimize the cost of funds. Shall be able to independently take up with manage
c. Coordinate and ensure drafting, preparation and execution of financing documents with Legal Counsel and compliance of all pre-disbursement conditions in time bound manner.
d. Preparation of Financial Model for awarded Projects and periodic updating of the Financial Model of existing projects as per the requirement of management and Lenders.
e. Dealing with Credit Rating Agencies
f. Ensuring Optimum Utilization of Funds at each of the SPVs.
g. Ensure and administer the compliance of Project Documents like Concession Agreement and Financing Documents and covenants
h. Relationship with Rating Agencies, Lenders appointed Consultants.
i. Conducting Lenders Meet and its Minutes of Meeting
j. Controlling and monitoring CMS services, and extend all other Banking related Business Support to Project
