Debt Specialist - Infra

Job Profile :

- Lead and drive fund raising process via debt, banks while interacting with PSU and private banks. Closely working with Banks, NBFCs for both Short term and Long Term funding

- Build and manage relationships with all investors and strategic partners

- Build Financial Models for valuation, preparing Information Memorandum, Term Sheets and Agreements and conducting due diligence

- Analyze proposals for further assessment for deal structuring and presenting it to the company's top level management/investment committee for final approval.

- Continuously monitor and manage the portfolio of debt outstanding with a view to optimize the costs on funds

- Develop a network of lenders and debt financiers and build a long-term relationship with such debt facility providers to achieve the business expansion targets

- Interact with the legal departments of the lending agencies and negotiate the best possible terms for the various special purpose vehicles under the loan agreements.

- Take initiative and negotiate contracts with external agencies/ advisors like legal firms for title search, audit firms, accountancy firms for undertaking the activities and getting reports for meeting the loan covenants.

Candidate Profile :

- CA / MBA with 5-10 years

- Analytical and problem solving approach

- Seasoned, high on integrity & aspirational.

- Should have good business acumen and leadership skills

- Should have at least managed a debt size of 500-800 CR

- Should have connects in PSU and Private Banks
