Account Delivery Manager
Job Responsibilities :
- Execute project oversight and deliverables
- Work in close coordination with US based team on a daily basis
- Provide technical accounting guidance to the team
- Administer and supervise the daily accounting work with emphasis on quality and timely delivery
- Supervise & ensure quality standards of accounting transactions by the team
- Ensure that reports sent to clients are accurate & sent within scheduled timeframes
- Manage team performance metrics and responsible for team performance
- Manage project deliverables and client engagements
- Creation and management of reports, budgets, cash-flow models, and supplemental reports
- Display excellent leadership skills and manage internal/external expectations
- Develop training content and deliver technical accounting and finance trainings to team members
- Work towards continual talent development
- Participate and contribute towards AG processes, tools and training
Requirements for Successful Candidate :
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and CA certification
- Managed team(s) having at least 15 team members
- Prior experience in a Delivery Management role for a US based firm
- Knowledge of QuickBooks- and other US accounting systems
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Organizational skills to manage a team and client engagements
- Self-motived with strong work ethic
- Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Possesses a combination of both problem-solving and innovation skills to attend to several technical production challenges
