Position: Sr Manager / Associate Director - Ops Planning and Cost Control (Central Operations)

Location - Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

- Program management of cost charter for supply chain organization

- Own inventory losses and variable cost outlook and adherence

- Work with cluster operations teams, HR, and SNOP team to drive cost outcomes in line with outlook.

- Identify and solve for cost opportunities associated with process, vendor contracts and other operational variables

Desired Education and Experience:

- 5 to 10 yrs experience in Operations planning and cost control, with 2+ years experience in central operations team in eCommerce domain

- Must have experience working in a high growth startup

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills,

- Hands on experience with data mining, manipulation tools like SQL, R, Python

- Strong coordination and influencing skills, and ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams
