HR Leader (Ass Dir / Dir)

- 7 to 8 years of leadership experience in growth roles

- Design appropriate HR policies and systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development

- Oversee the hiring/talent acquisition and retaining staff, Induction for new employees, compensation and benefits, performance reviews, employee relations & administration

- Lead the development and execution of the Human Resources strategic plan and initiatives to support business strategies

- From Consumer Internet, Startup, Retail/ FMCG sectors

- Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, MBA HR, MSW , from reputed institutions

- Salary Range : 20 to 25 Lac
