DealShare has a vision of enabling e-commerce for the next 500 million users in India in non-metro and rural markets. DealShare has raised series C funding of USD 21 million with key investors like WestBridge Capital, Falcon Edge Capital, Matrix Partners India, Omidyar Network, Z3 Partners and Partners of DST Global and has total funding of USD 34 million

Dealshare has 2 million customers across Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Delhi NCR with monthly transactions of 1.2 million and an annual GMV of $100 million. Our aim is to expand operations to 100 cities across India and reach an annual GMV of USD 500 Million by end of 2021.

Dealshare started in Sept 2018 and had 5000 active customers in the first three months. Today we have 25K transactions per day, 1 Lakh DAU and 10 Lakh MAU with a monthly GMV of INR 100 Crores and 50% growth MoM. We aim to hit 2 Lakh transactions per day with an annual GMV of 500 Million USD by 2021.

Associate Director - Partnerships and Monetisation

Your Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and grow relationships with all existing and future potential partners across wide-ranging industries.

- Create a Partner marketing playbook and build team and processes

- Asset coverage and deployment e.g. Notification, Banner, SMS, social, Offline

- Estimate Reach-Frequency unlocked on the back of each asset

- Initiating various brand partnerships, associations, and sponsorship to achieve a higher brand perception

- Develop and execute customized marketing plans and growth/market-initiated strategies to drive more revenues, incomes with our marketing partners.

- Collaboratively work with different functions like Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal & Compliance to launch and grow marketing initiatives with partners.

- Develop partner marketing tools and ensure that partner programs meet Dealshare's objectives

What To Bring :

- Understanding of the Indian mass market.

- 3-5 years role in marketing partnerships / Monetization profile.

- Knowledge of industry norms on standard FMCG / Grocery monetization measures.

- Should be well networked within the current internet eco-system in the country.

- Must be organized, enthusiastic, and have strong interpersonal skills.

- Must be data-driven, and a problem-solver
