Position : Dealer Network Manager
Department : CS Motor - Network Management
Vertical : OEM.
Reporting to : VP.
Work Location : Bangalore.
Work Days : 5.
Job profile : Handling Channel Services, Dealer Network Expansion, Customer Service and Support.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Need to Identify strong non-dealer garage network for efficient motor claim settlement.
2. Should be able to evaluate 4W/2W/CV Garage Performance / Manpower / Infrastructure Parameters.
3. Handle vendor creation process.
4. Regular garage audit.
5. Negotiate better discounts with garages and increase VAS for the customers.
6. Keeping up the customer satisfaction score & NPS of garages.
7. Understanding of garage function, quality control, process enhancement, improved customer experience, training to garages.
Candidate Requirement :
- B.E / B.Tech professionals with 4+ years of experience in After Sales Service and Dealer network expansion.
- Experience as Customer Care Manager / Customer Support Manager with Automobile / Automotive industry.
