Deal Sourcer - NBFC (2-10 yrs)

Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging sectors with financial needs.
Qualification and Screening:
- Engage with leads to assess their financial needs, suitability, and potential for business.
- Conduct initial screenings to ensure leads meet qualifying criteria.
- Prepare presentations and sales pitches to showcase our financial solutions.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, communications, and deal-sourcing efforts.
- Prepare reports on lead generation activities and progress for review by sales management.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and assist in the sales process.
- Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with business goals.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all sales and lead get.
