Industry : Manufacturing Company engaged in Fertiliser, Power, Cement, Plastics, Chemical & other Value Added Businesses


Educational Qualification : LL.B from reputed college (NLUs to be preferred)

Experience : 12-16 years post qualification work experience in MNCs & Large Corporate Houses (candidates from Manufacturing Industry & having experience of leading Legal Teams shall be preferred)

CTC : As per industry standards & candidates potential

Location : Kota, Rajasthan (candidates willing to relocate may only apply)

Job Profile :

i) Leading Legal Team of a Large Scale multi-product Manufacturing Complex in the course of transition for multifold growth & development.

ii) Contribute, add-value & safeguard interest of the Company in pending labour, industrial, civil, criminal, environmental, electricity, land litigations before various Courts & Tribunals.

iii) Handling statutory & compliance aspects of the dynamic Power requirements.

iv) Drafting, vetting & reviewing contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, SPAs, SHAs, PPAs etc.

v) Handling land litigations, maintaining proper land records, land purchase & land sale transactions.

vi) Building & strengthening relationships with stakeholders and Govt. Departments (Factories & Boilers Dept., Labour Authorities, Petroleum & Explosive Safety Organization etc.).

vii) Obtaining, renewing & ensuring compliances for applicable licenses & approvals.

viii) Ensuring statutory compliances on real time basis including ensuring Tool based compliances.

ix) Advising the Management on critical compliance, legal aspects & latest regulatory developments.

x) Potential to work in a challenging, dynamic & future ready work atmosphere
