Job Description
Reporting to the Founder & CEO, the key accountabilities will be:
Internal Audit:
- Setting up Internal Financial Controls (IFCR)
- Heading a team to cover Internal Audits on a monthly basis
- Setting up SOPs and Policies along with trigger points
- Compliance
Finance & Accounts:
- Finalization of Accounts along with Statutory Auditors
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Credit Control & Quality of Receivables
Investor Relations:
- MIS
- Negotiating and Raising Debt from Banks
- Handling Private Equity Investors
