DBS Bank - Product Manager - Personal Loans (2-7 yrs)
DBS Mumbai is currently hiring for Product Manager - Personal Loans. Below is the JD of the same:
Job Description:
(A) Responsible for competitive benchmarking (vs. Banks/NBFC/Fintechs)
(B) Devising product construct for digital unsecured lending
(C) Working with credit to design underwriting policy
(D) Enabling technological implementation of loan origination and management systems including defining scope and overseeing UAT and deployment
(E) Identifying, sizing and implementing relevant partnerships for loan sourcing loans as well as Fintechs for underwriting
(F) Deliver on business plan & P&L
Required Experience:
(a) 3-7 years of work experience (at least 3 years in consumer finance)
(b) UL experience in sales/product/underwriting would be preferred (with NBFC/Bank/Fintech)
(c) Experience in launching a digital product/platform would be preferred
Education: Graduate/Post Graduate
