Job Role: - Ensure hiring for the vertical assigned within the organisation; with a specific remit on leadership hiring as and when there is a mandate - Ensure recruitment governance framework is complied with at the organisation level - Champion for recruitment digitisation project / experience journeys for the organisation - Own & Monitor the recruitment process - Develop sourcing options for recruitment within cost budgets - Liaise with Business HR partners for inputs and updates - Provide monthly recruitment update to department heads - Effectiveness of Employee Referral Scheme and consultant mgmt. - Manage role in line with group framework and country requirements Desired Profile: - Full time MBA in HR with 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience - Graduate candidates with 12-15 years of overall HR experience including 3 years in current role handling recruitment responsibilities can also be considered - Minimum 8-10 years- experience in Talent Acquisition in the IT industry - Should have managed recruitment for senior level positions - In depth knowledge and experience in Talent Acquisition - Service Excellence & Delivery management skills - Excellent communication skills dealing with multiple stakeholders - Sound Negotiation Skills - Proactive relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
