Manager/Lead - Community Operations (DB Digital / Dainik Bhaskar) What you need to do: 1. Drive Dainik Bhaskar's local platform initiatives for local news, jobs and community updates. 2. Onboard local reporters, businesses, organisations and institutions on the DB Digital's local platform and design training processes for them. 3. Ensure smooth and efficient working of each of your communities. 4. Define processes for improving their engagement & providing long-term support. 5. Build good working relations with all platform participants and act as their SPOC from DB Digital 6. Help us scale our operations for the city by ensuring more community participation 7. Actively leverage the connections of our editorial team and build a network of local communities on the platform Who you need to be: 1. 2-5 years work experience in business development, sales or a relevant role 2. Experience in Content / Journalism or with Reporters / Stringers is a big plus. 3. Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to build rapport 4. Be able to work actively with editorial teams 5. Experience working with or connections with some local news reporters, influencers, business and organisations is a plus 6. Prior experience of jobs/recruitment/classifieds sector is a plus Note - This job involves quite a bit of travel and on ground operations. It's based out of Noida with travel to locations across multiple Indian states (subject to Corona restrictions).
