Work Experience : 9-12 years of experience in Sales & Business Development/Marketing function
Job Responsibilities :
- Design & Develop effective sales strategies to drive increased revenue to achieve the company's overall growth target responsibility
- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development. Guide the team and help them in achieving their targets
- Managing relationships with clients, agencies, PR, and all other ecosystem relevant for our business.
- Building relationship with key clients, agencies and stake holders.

- Ability to think through innovative solutions for client requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate several sources of information & communicate the same with the clients
