DazzlePay - Head - Sales - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Payments industry in India and globally is undergoing fast-paced changes owing to new products driven through innovations in technology and bias towards industry participants to adopt these new changes.

DazzlePay Payments is a financial technology company based out of Mumbai. DazzlePay has an omni-channel platform which uses it proprietary payments technology to enable consumer-facing institutions and merchants in building distribution channel capabilities and deepening end-consumer engagement with the objective of building market leadership. DazzlePay is an exclusive payments partner to one of the largest FMCG companies in India.

DazzlePay is presently looking to hire energetic, passionate individual who would be heading its business development and sales vertical. The role is based in Mumbai.

Key responsibilities would include

- Achieve and surpass business sales/revenue goals and key sales parameters

- To liaise with all key internal stakeholders

- Build and relationships with key decision makers on customer side

- The individual should have the ability to work in a start-up environment autonomously and taking initiatives

- The individual should be able to recruit and build his own team and appoint distribution/Channel partners

Following qualifications are required :

- MBA from a premier institute

- Over 15 years of work experience in financial services/FMCG/FMCD/Telecom domain with extensive work on channel sales and development

- Have managed own team and have experience in building distribution channel

- Passion to learn and innovate in the core and emerging digital payments space

- Strong inter-personal skills with ability to manage strong, positive relationships with professionals at all levels within various business partner organizations - both internal and external

- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
