Hiring Business Development Professional with Experience into EU Market - Product Selling.

- Generate leads through inside sales Campaigns, Cold calling.

- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads.

- Researching the needs of target companies and learning who makes purchasing decisions.

- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to customers

- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

- Initiate first conversations through a series of calls and emails to target accounts and marketing leads

- Fill the Sales rep calendar with net new companies

- Social Selling e.g. LinkedIn

- CRM Hygiene -track all lead activity, leads/opportunities, and manage reports using Salesforce.com

- Understand Datatracks and Introduce the DataTracks value to prospective customers, build a book of business and be the liaison between important disciplines within the organization: finance and business decision makers

- Respond to inbound calls, following up with leads generated by various marketing programs

- Daily conversations with managers on call/email techniques

- Weekly goal meetings around metrics

- Weekly calls with field to discuss strategy and current opportunities in pipeline

- High volume outbound calls to potential leads
