Datamatics - Manager - Sales - Enterprise Data Management Solutions (7-15 yrs)

The Sales Manager would be responsible to strategize & execute client acquisition strategies formulated to extend the reach of Datamatics range of Analytics solutions & products across India.

Key Responsible Areas:

1. Developing and executing sales plan to achieve sales objectives for the Analytics verticals across India.

2. Delivering the assigned quarterly new customer acquisition and revenue growth targets

3. Define, strategize & execute the Analytics offerings (i.e. consumer, marketing, sales, SCM & risk analytics) strategy and planning.

4. Build & manage client CMO relationships

5. Build strong prospect/customer relationships with key users and influencers.

6. Perform consumer and competitive research to understand our clients- landscape, target audience behaviour, and KPIs.

7. Analyze business needs identify strategic partnership opportunities, and aid in discovering strategies to ensure customer growth, satisfaction, and retention.

8. Assist marketing group in creating marketing collateral and documenting business benefits.

9. Actively participating in Pre-sales meeting to demonstrate solution capabilities and a potential solution to accommodate customer requirements.

Required Skills:

1. 7-15 years of experience which includes 5-7 years of proven sales experience acquiring new clients within the Data Analytics vertical.

2. Strong client CMO connect.

3. Passion for acquiring new logos.

4. Social Media driven Business Development/Branding.

5. Excellent relationship management and communication.

6. Must be a graduate. MBA-Marketing would be an advantage.
