Associate Vice President - Delivery Head (Technology) -Datamatics Global Services

1.Provide hands-on leadership to the software development team at Datamatics including scaling up the team.

2.Lead the technology team and have executive overview of solution architecture, code review and SDLC Process Presales & Consulting Strategic initiatives and technical guidance to all teams in software spaces

3.Create/recommend methodologies, standards, best practices for new technology areas

4.Prepare budgets for approval from VP/AVP/BU Head based on the actual, past projection and future risk identification

5. Will be involved in Delivery, Presales, Solution architecture of software in the field of technology.

Skills Desired: 

1.Minimum 17 years of experience, with 8+ years of technology leadership experience

2.Strong understanding technology stack of SharePoint, Sitecore, .NET, JAVA.

3.Excellent experience in designing and building multi threaded distributed systems 

 4.Should have handled a large team within technology space in terms of delivery, Presales and Solution Architect.
