Role success criteria :

- Deliver Features as identified in respective scrums for the development products with agreed accuracy in production.

- Successful delivery of the use cases POC's as identified by the business requirements.

- Train and mentor junior staff, aspiring data scientists.

Skills :

Primary - NLP Engineering - Full Stack development.

Data Engineering:

- Expected to establish connection to Py scripts and work in AWS environment

- Should be well versed with managing different file types, data structures.

- Work with the soln architects and data engineers and maintain and own the analytical data mart for the aligned product.

- Should be well versed with deployment techniques, pickle files, json outputs, dynamic programming for deploying models in production.

- Tools - SQL, AWS Redshift, Py - Regex, Py- Recurssive Programming. Python programming.

Data Modelling :

- Text Classification - Statistical modelling, supervised and unsupervised.

- Document Classification -

- Intent classification.

- Entitry and person recognition, speaker, listener, key words identification.

- Feature engineering - Capability to leverage multiple models output.

- Deep Learning Models.

- RNN + CNN or any combo of DNN.

- LSTM

- Transfer learning

- Text based classification, multi level.

Data Deployment :

- Maintain governance reports to manager.

- Client management/consultation.

- Data Maintenance, library/dictionary management.

Secondary :

- Machine Learning Problems. Strong Statistical background.

- Optimization,

- Forecasting, T+3 periods ahead.

-Binary Predictions.

- Data Visualization

- Python Standards.

Tools - Python + AWS Only.

Experience :

- Minimum 2 projects should be deployed by the individual in the tenure.

- Hands on Python coder, and ability to design the architecture for data science.

- Product development Experience of 4+ years w.r.t data science.

- Overall 10+ years of experience in the field of analytics.
