- Our client, a leading global strategy consulting firm is working on a large transformation engagement for an IT services company.
- The client wants to build an asset for the automation of IT service management tickets to help analyse and sort through incoming ticket requests with greater efficiency.
- They are looking for a tenured data scientist who understands ITSM tickets and understands the different types and nature of tickets that are most seen in an IT services company
- The Data Scientist will develop an algorithm with the goal of linking ticket data description to various solutions
- Ownership of all allocated tasks by applying project management framework for their effective delivery
- Present findings and recommendations to clients
- Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it out
- Manage overall module while working with rest of the project team (including Partners)
- Effective communication and senior stakeholder management
