Key responsibilities would involve : As Data Scientist / ML Engineer / Data Engineer : - Build a best-in-class Data Science and Machine Learning ecosystem at the org - Analyze data from various departments (marketing, sales, product, academics, operations) and provide actionable insights. - Automate existing processes to achieve operational excellence. - Influence diverse stakeholders to ensure the best student experience. - Collaborate with the Careers Team to leverage strong relationships with top companies and startups. By virtue of being in EdTech : - Create and execute a roadmap for launching org's Data Science course. - Help in designing a unique curriculum and high-quality content (assessments, projects, lectures). - Analyze the effectiveness of content and instruction based on data points such as student ratings, project submissions, attendance, session durations, etc. - Prepare and deliver lectures and webinars. Share your industry experience with learners. - Improve the efficacy of assessments in measuring learning outcomes accurately. - Proactively improve student experience by organizing contests, mentoring sessions, etc.
