Hiring candidates with 9 to 13 yrs in data scientist role from Banking/Product firm

- Modelling Techniques : Decision tree (CART, CHAID), Cluster Analysis, Logistic Regression, Multiple Linear Regression, Forecasting (ARIMA, TCSI), Random Forest, Bagging, Boosting, NLP, Text Mining, Sentiment analysis, Chat Bot Analysis etc

- Programming Language: SAS Advance, SAS BI, SAS VA -VS, Tableau, R & R STUDIO, PL/SQL, Portrait Minor (CHAID-Segmentation tool from Pitney Bowes), Angoss (Knowledge Seeker for Decision Trees), Python and Shiny (R), Thoughtspot

- 9 + years of Analytics /DataScience in Retail Banking (Consumer Banking / Cards) having worked on risk analytics

- Must be managing teams

- Must have stakeholder management experience

- Candidates below 25 Lakhs CTC do not apply

- Lead Data Science team for Data Strategy & Insight, driving strategy using advance analytics

- Must have NLP exp/Deep Learning

- Must have Performed Text Mining on Customer complaints data to understand operational inefficiencies, using Python-NLP package.

- Created a new variable out of this and used it across modelling practices for more predictive power.
