- Lead tasks that use advanced modeling techniques - regression, time series, machine learning, and more - to provide actionable results, to support new and existing products and platforms, and to influence business decisions
- Minimum Bachelor's in statistics, computer science, electronics, mathematics, economics, or a similarly quantitative discipline. Additional education is preferred.
- 8 yrs of relevant analytics, quantitative analysis, and predictive modeling experience.
- Strong proficiency in advanced statistical and machine learning techniques (random forest, support vector machines, neural networks, survival analysis, Bayesian statistics, etc).
- Demonstrated creative problem solving & critical reasoning abilities.
- Established ability to communicate effectively and proactively.
- Strong proficiency in R or SAS
- Experience with SQL, Oracle, Python, C++, VBA, Tableau, ArcGIS, and/or Hadoop highly desirable.
- Should have domain experience of Automotive, Energy or Chemical Industry.
