Job Responsibilities:

- Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to):

- Own end to end students learning experience & outcomes

- Monitor participants' academic performance and undertake learning interventions in the form of remedial sessions, coaching and mentoring

- Collaborate closely with faculties to ensure that learning objectives are being met and learner feedback or concerns are being addressed

- Be the first point contact for participants for academic queries and manage discussion groups

- Drive excellence & quality of outcomes in Thesis projects & capstones

- Help students in identifying impactful problems for Thesis & Capstone projects

- Guide and mentor students on their thesis projects to ensure academic rigor, innovation and high-impact outcomes

- Encourage and provide necessary assistance to students to help successfully publish their work in reputed journals & publications

- Collaborate with Faculty & Academic Operations team to create best in class learning material - video, reading material, assignments, exams

- Design and conduct examinations to measure the learning outcome of participants

- Identify key emerging trends in the industry and maintain a rich reference material

- Assist program director and senior operations and academics managers in planning on-campus sessions, preparing schedules, evaluation and grading
