Data Science Lead

- Elastic Search, NLP and Python libraries - Pandas, NumPy,SciPy, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.

- Experience in OCR would be an added advantage.

- Hands on experience in data science, algorithmic engineering, and machine learning.

- Preferably solved problems from scratch to scale.

- Experience in hiring, managing and mentoring data science, data engineering, and analytics teams.

- Experience designing a data science roadmap and executing the vision behind it.

- Experience in handling data (structured + unstructured), building and deploying data science models (Regression, Decision Trees, K-Means, etc.) in production systems.

- Experience doing quantitative analysis including experience with SQL or other programming languages (Python, R). Experience with large data sets and analytical tools, e.g. Hive, Spark.

- Experience communicating the results of the analysis to an executive audience.

- Experience instilling a culture of ownership, collaboration, and results.

- Track record of recruiting talent in analytics and data science.

- Track record of delivering data-driven products and insights.
