Data Privacy Role - Consulting Firm (6-10 yrs)

this opportunity with my Leading consulting firm - Data Privacy based in Mumbai.
Key skills:
Data Privacy, Anti-Bribery, Compliance, Risk Management, Also with excellent exposure on Policy formation & procedure.
Industry Experience:
- Would have completed 1-3 engagements covering the complete cycle starting from Design, Built, Implement and Test privacy management framework.
- Proven experience in team management and working across geographies (onsite or off shore)
- Proven experience of successfully managing complex Privacy services in a commercial environment, ensuring the delivery of high quality work on time and to budget.
- Experience of providing Privacy advice undertaking Privacy advisory work including:
- Understanding of global privacy regulations
- Privacy Impact Assessment / Privacy Assessments
- Privacy audits/assessments
- Privacy strategy and governance
- Privacy programme implementation
- PII data inventories and data flow mapping/ techniques
- Privacy Training and Awareness
- Privacy Incident Response
- Understanding of tool supporting privacy management framework
Qualification - CS or LLB or LLM or MBL (Master in Business Law)
