Data Modeller - Insurance Domain - IT Firm

- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Data Modelling activity for DWBI domain. Insurance domain is preferred.

- To leverage experience in Multi-dimensional databases and data modelling tool like ERWIN in to Current project

- To understand in detail data architecture of DWH environment

- Thorough understanding of Source, Stage, ODS & Data Warehouse

- Closely work with the Business Analysts and Technical Architects to ensure the effective translation of Business and Technical requirements into the Conceptual Data Model, Logical Data Model & Physical Data Model

- To provide correct and complete data element mapping to both ETL and reporting teams

- To use strong analytical and problem solving abilities while arriving at the effective data model

- Manage multiple tasks & assignments as a team player with effective communication skills

- To Study the existing data models and the business requirements if need be

- Assist the leads & Developers in providing understanding of the various data elements

- To attend meetings and provide relevant clarifications on Data Model to both Internal as well as external stakeholders

- To Participate in estimation of Data Model work and ensure completion of the same as per plan shared by Project Manager

- Participate in internal / external audits or reviews of the project deliverables
