Data Modeler & Cloud Solution Specialist

A Mumbai based Indian banking and financial services company is looking for :

- Data Modeler with relevant 5-9 yrs exp. in Database & Data Warehouses

- B.E/ B Tech., Any IT Graduate from reputed institutes with at least 5 years of experience.

- Well versed with SQL, excel functions, etc. is a must. Knowledge of Sybase is added advantage

- Hands-on relational, dimensional, and/or analytic experience (using RDBMS, dimensional, NoSQL data platform technologies, and ETL and data ingestion protocols).

- Experience with data warehouse, Datalake, and enterprise big data platforms in multi-data-center contexts required.

- Experience in Banking/IT Industry

- Analytical skills & ability to quickly understand / anticipate the business requirement and outline the business benefit

- Good knowledge of metadata management, data modeling, and related tools (Erwin or ER Studio or others) required.

- Experience in team management, communication, and presentation.

- Cloud Solution Specialist (Exp. Developer/Architect) with relevant 2-5 yrs exp. in Amazon EC2, Sagemaker, AWS Redshift/Dynamo DB, Kinesis, Kafka

- B.E/ B Tech. With at least 10+ years of experience. 3-5 years cloud related technologies

- Well versed with tools on Cloud Technology Platforms, particularly AWS, SQL, excel functions, etc. is a must. Knowledge of Sybase/SAS is added advantage

- Experience in Banking/IT Industry

- Analytical skills & ability to quickly understand / anticipate the business requirement and outline the business benefit

- Provide Technical Leadership to Project Manager(s) for Delivery Excellence.

- Maintain/Improve Project Profitability of engagement by reducing buffers, consultant rotation, right grade/experience mix & high utilization and optimal onsite-offshore ratio.

- Multi project/engagement capabilities.

- Identify Training needs for the account and coordinate training with respective training groups.

- Work with Recruitment team and Practice to onboard consultants on time.

- Should work under minimal supervision and bring in ideas/views of own.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
