Data Miner (Text Analytics)

Location- Gurgaon/Pune

Shift Timing - 11 AM to 8 PM, might have to attend the client / internal calls after the shift to support the business requirement

1. Data analytics experience of 3-4 years

2. Prior work in Retail/ CPG domain

3. Excellent communication

4. Ability to create the analytical reports(form of PPT) as per client requests

5. Experience in R / Python

6. Text analytics experience is plus

7. Execution of analytics projects -(Understanding business problem, gather data, build hypothesis, conduct analysis, present insights & recommendations in PPT format)

Data Miner (Social Analytics)

Location - Gurgaon/Pune

Shift Timing - Rotational Shifts /Anytime between 9AM to 9PM IST

1. Social Listening / Social Monitoring

2. Prior work in Retail/ CPG domain

3. Excellent communication

4. Ability to setup alerts / modify dashboards on brandwatch / syntesio

5. Prior experience in building the social listenig dashboards on Brandwatch / Synthesio

6. Able to understand the requirement from client on dashboard building

7. Act as subject matter expert on brandwatch / Synthesio
