Data Management/MIS Role - HR - Consulting Firm (3-8 yrs)

- Manage the content for New Projects in consultation with Lead Talent Acquisition (Leadership hiring)
- Manage the documents and MIS .
- Ideating, coordinating Hiring/ Project related content. Should be able to Create content/ edit directly with minimal guidance
- Participate in the full recruitment lifecycle including role definition, strategic candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer and on-boarding
- Primary accountability for ATS (Applicant Tracking System) data integrity and accuracy
Skills :
- Excellent written and Verbal communication
- Passion for writing and interested to prepare various notes/ documents required for business
- Knowledge and experience of recruiting in the Indian market for multiple job disciplines
- A high level of professional integrity and confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive issues and situations with poise and emotional maturity.
