- Translate pain-points of stakeholders into problem statements, architect and implement AI technologies/solutions, and present results and insights to business stakeholders. - Solid track record of deploying machine learning algorithms in a production environment. - Track and improve the performance of analytical solutions developed - Stay current on cutting edge business applications, tools, and approaches. - 3+ years of experience developing ML models - Proficient at building big data pipelines for ML model development and deployment - Past experience with recommender systems and A/B testing models in production - Familiarity with SQL databases, MongoDB would be a plus - Strong competency in various machine learning techniques (supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning). - Experience with large scale recommendation systems will be a plus. - A good team player and the ability to work independently.
