JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Responsible for HR Analytics, this role is accountable for implementing human resources business intelligence and analytics strategy. Through people metrics, reporting and analytic tools and advanced analytics, you'll provide critical people insights to business.

- Actively finding opportunities to enhance the usage of richer analytics and improve data and analytical literacy across the company. The ideal candidate will:

- Carefully understanding business context and propose practical solutions with clear value drivers, explaining the analysis/research in an easy way

- Be the main point of contact for people analytics within the business, producing data in an agile way and tailor the analysis as per the problem statement defined by the business

- Develop a self-service real time people data module/dashboard for business stakeholders

- Develop and maintain a data glossary

- Work with key stakeholders to deliver meaningful reporting that drives people effectiveness by highlighting risks and trends within their team set against external benchmarking data

- Be able to lead people analytics presentation by clearly articulating any findings, assumptions and suggestions that can be used effectively by the stakeholder

- Manage and analyze workforce data to generate meaningful business insights. Play an important role in analyzing and providing data for strategic workforce planning and talent analytics

- Research, analyze and present data as assigned. Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, annual) and customized HR reports

- Communicates complex problems and data analysis to key decision makers in a simple, articulate manner using storytelling and visualization

- Experience in complex data analysis and with analytical tools and methods e.g. have done projects using statistical methods (regression analysis, factor analysis, decision trees etc.) or statistical tools such as R, Python as well as with data management tools like SQL

- Maintain high data integrity that can be relied upon to inform business decisions, by working with other members of the HR COEs like HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, L&D, Comp & benefits team to improve data accuracy within the internal systems

Conduct training on insights for broader HR team

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Passion to discover "answers" within data

- Bachelor or Master in HR, Economics or Mathematics

- 8 - 10 years of experience in a dynamic and challenging professional environment

- Excellent in Excel and PowerPoint

- Proficiency in at least one programming language for statistical analysis (preferably R or Python) is required

- Experience with data visualizations using either Tableau/Power BI. Ability to optimize dashboards with significant volumes of data

- Must be a detail-oriented and exhibiting creative problem-solving skills

- Enjoy working with numbers and bring in simple, easy to understand insights to complex data sheets

- Ability to influence over across multiple levels and roles within the organization
