Data Analytics Role - Retail Banking (3-10 yrs)
This role will be part of Analytics team which is a one stop team for all Analytics led solutions across all retail business units for the bank
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities Thought leader with ability to find business solutions using analytics.
- Ability to drive the Analytics team to newer age technologies leveraging the power of big data.
Core Responsibilities :
- Ability to understand complex business problems, end to end hands on experience in analytics including collecting, pulling and preparing data, building statistical models using SAS, R or other statistical tools and generating insights to synthesize a complete, cohesive picture.
- People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities Pro- actively working with Product/ Risk/ Marketing team to drive business strategies
- Working with the Analytics team to drive new tools and techniques
- Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities Knowledge of statistical modelling
